Ferris is Professor of Labor and Industrial Relations, of Business Administration, and of Psychology, and Caterpillar Foundation University Scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. He is also Director of the Center for Human Resource Management at the University of Illinois.
Sherman D. Rosen is a Management Consultant with Deloitte and Touche and was formerly Vice President of Human Resources at Hartmarx, Inc.
Darold T. Barnum is Professor of Management, University of Illinois at Chicago.
