Nota biograficzna:
Peter Rubin is Professor of Therapeutics at the University of Nottingham and Chair of the General Medical Council Education Committee. He specialises in medical disorders of pregnancy and continues to practise medicine. From 1997–2003 he was Dean of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Nottingham.
Dr Margaret Ramsay is Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in the Academic Division of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University Hospital, Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham.
