Prof Don Beck PhD is a teacher, geopolitical advisor and theorist behind Spiral Dynamics (SD), his values–based model for charting the evolution and emergence of human nature. He′s worked alongside such global leaders as Nelson Mandela, Tony Blair, and Bill Clinton, and is the author of The Rhetoric of Conflict and Compromise.

Teddy Hebo Larsen is a partner at Re5, a privately–owned MedTech development company innovating the treatment of refractory depression. He has more than twenty–five years of experience at leading organizations such as Eli Lilly and Lundbeck. Teddy has extensive experience with the practical application of Spiral Dynamics in large organizations.
