Garth O. Bruen has conducted over thirty public presentations to and private consultations for various audiences engaged in Internet commerce and policy. In addition to HTCIA he has delivered over thirty presentations at different cybercrime venues including the Anti–Phishing Working Group (APWG) and the National Center for Justice and the Rule of Law at The University of Mississippi School of Law. He has also advised the FBI, DEA, FDA, FTC, and the Commerce Department on malicious abuse of the Domain Name System.
