WITOLD SURYN, PHD, is a Professor at the cole de Technologie Suprieure, Montreal, Canada (engineering school of the Universit du Qubec network of institutions) where he teaches graduate and undergraduate software engineering courses and conducts research in the domain of software quality engineering, software trustworthiness, and software project management. Dr. Suryn is also the principal researcher and the director of GELOG: IQUAL, the Software Quality Engineering Research Group at cole de Technologie Suprieure; the Canadian expert to ISO/IEC SC7System and Software Engineering Working Group 6 on software quality; and the International Secretary of ISO/IEC SC7.
