Ana Pires, PhD, is a member of MARE – Marine andEnvironmental Sciences Centre (ex–IMAR–CMA), Portugal, and is aresearch engineer in the Department of Environmental Sciences andEngineering, New University of Lisbon (Departamento deCiências e Engenharia do Ambiente, Universidade Nova deLisboa).
