Practical Periodontal Plastic Surgery, Second Edition builds on the success of the first edition to provide the qualified and trainee periodontist with an essential guide to the clinical requirements and step–by–step procedures of periodontal plastic surgery.  The book retains its emphasis on increasingly requested esthetic procedures such as crown lengthening and root coverage, but it also deals with other mucogingival operations such as hard and soft pre–prosthetic and pre–implant ridge augmentation.  Also included in this edition are new developments on aesthetic and morphometric evaluation of the periodontium, enamel matrix derivative, minimally invasive surgery, smile design, lip repositioning and facial esthetic surgery.
