Praise for THE VALUE OFBUSINESS ANALYTICS "An army of statisticians and clever analysts equipped with the most sophisticated tools is not enough to allow a business to truly compete on analytics. This is a second–to–none articulation of the dynamics and skill sets associated with successful analytic teams."—Thornton May, Futurist and Executive Director, IT Leadership Academy Stop guessing, start winning—Harness the value of business analytics and gain a competitive edge Providing real–world examples throughout to illustrate how ideas work in practice, The Value of Business Analytics explores: Delivering value through renewable return Finding the path to profitability Identifying and quantifying the different types of value Organizational and societal cultural considerations Establishing direction and delivering the plan Developing a measurement framework Meeting and overcoming challenges Fostering innovation and invention Finding the path to persuasion Sharing his many years of hands–on research, author Evan Stubbs provides a practical plan for the definition and execution of a successful business analytics project.
