International Law Reports

The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Volume 160 reports on, amongst others, the 2007 judgment of the International Court of Justice in Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Bosnia and Herzegovina v. Serbia and Montenegro), Judgments of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands and the European Court of Human Rights in Mothers of Srebrenica v. Netherlands, and the Judgment of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands in Netherlands v. Nuhanović.
