International Law Reports

The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgements of national courts. Volume 147 reports on, among others, three cases from the European Court of Human Rights (Al-Saadoon, Al-Skeini and Al-Jedda) on the application of the European Convention on Human Rights to the activities of British Forces in Iraq, State immunity cases from Canada (Schreiber v. Germany, Kuwait Airways Corp. v. Iraq), Hong Kong (FG Hemisphere v. Democratic Republic of the Congo) and the United Kingdom (NML v. Argentina), and the British Arab Commercial Bank v. National Transitional Council of the State of Libya case from the United Kingdom concerning the recognition of the new Government of Libya.
