Rena M. Palloff is adjunct faculty at the Fielding Graduate Institute and at Capella University.
Keith Pratt is adjunct faculty at the Fielding Graduate Institute and at Baker University. Palloff and Pratt are managing partners of Crossroads Consulting Group.
