Nota biograficzna:
Lawrence H. Peters Professor of Management in the Neeley School of Business at Texas Chr istian University. His research has been funded by NSF, the US Air Force and several major business organisations. Ha has published over 40 papers in leading journals and books, was voted a Fellow to both the Society of I/O Psychology and the American Psychology Society, has co–authored two books, serves on the editorial review boards for several leading journals, and has been elected to officer positions in three divisions of the Academy of Management.
Charles R. (Bob) Greer is Professor of Management in the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. He has served as President of the Southern Managment Association and as Associate Editor of the Journal of Management. He has served also on several editorial review boards for leading journals, has published over 35 articles in major journals and has co–authored three books on human resource management. Ha has consulted or conducted management development programs for numerous companies and is a labor arbitrator.
Stuart A. Youngblood is the M J. Neeley Research Professor of Management in the Neeley School of Buseness at Texas Christian University, where he also serves as the academic advisor to the Charles Tandy American Enterprise Center. He has published over 30 articles in major journals, co–authored one textbook, co–edited three books of collected essays on organizational behaviour and human resource management, and contributed six chapters to organizational bahaviour textbooks. He has served on the editorial review boards of several leading journals.
