HORCHER, CFA, CGA, provides consulting and training in treasury, capital markets, and financial risk management for corporations, financial institutions, governments and regulators, and professional se rvice firms. She is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She has conducted many seminars for the Treasury Management Association of Canada (TMAC) and others and authored several treasury–related books.
