LEONARD J. HOPPER, FASLA, is Chief Landscape Architect and Head of the New York City Housing Authority′s Landscape Architecture division, and a faculty member at the City College School of Architecture and Environmental Studies, where he′s taught the technology sequence courses in the urban landscape architecture program for more than a decade. MARTHA J. DROGE, ASSOCIATE MEMBER, ASLA, is a landscape designer and urban planner with Ayers/Saint/Gross in Baltimore, Maryland. She served for more than seven years as a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of State′s Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
