He received his PhD from Michigan State University and spent ten years as a professor of management at Arizona State University. His clients include Hewlett–Packard, John Deere, American Express, and numerous other Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Reck is also coauthor of the bestselling The Win–Win Negotiator.
