James W. Hodge, PhD, is a Senior Scientist in the Laboratory of Tumor Immunology and Biology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.
Bryon D. Johnson, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department ofPediatrics, Section of Hematology–Oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
